i was lucky enough to get to see that motor apart at the PNW historics this year on the 4th of july. there is some very very trick machine work that goes on inside that block. when i was there they had one turbo and one that was NA. i was imprressed

[Sizing up the correct pistons]

i am looking into Z31 pistons right now , i found some turbo ones at the junk yard but two were toasted , i bought one and measured it , i think that a non turbo z31 piston would work , it is 87mm and with the p90 you have should get some alright compression #'s. hope this helps ya out

well i think my question was pretty well explained in the title. i got a crank and rods but I dont know what pistons to run . thanks

ive got about 10ft of 6061 aluminum tubing sitting in my shop. 2.25 diameter with .035 wall i think . i would sell you some if you are interested. give me a email or something

[SDS Questions]

i got my sds all in and the car will start and everything but after a few revs up to 2500 i get a RPM err code on the display. i think it is because the magnets and the hall sensor are too far apart but i am not sure. also how do i go about getting the stock tack to work correctly , right now it just sits on 0 the whole time the car is running. other than those two probs my SDS is great.

i used the positive lead from the coil as i didnt need it any more. got it fired up last night!!!! hope this helps ya
