Hi just wondering what part of qld do you live in. I also can't afford to get rid of the 2+2 atm epically if it was only for a couple hundred dollars.

hi That was what i was thinking because your loosing the weight of the seats them selves and the seat belts and probable the carpet in the back. It is only getting replaced buy a frame and some bored the way i see it their is a big enough difference to make it worth doing. Thanks

Hi I would have to say that since I've been using my 2+2 as a daily driver which has been since march i have only ever used the back seats 3 times. The rest of the time i have the seats folded down and use the back of the seat as extra boot space. So if i took the back seats out i would plan to build some sort of support to replicate the back seats being folded down. So about aerodynamics are these possible improved because of the different angle of the hatch and roof? Thanks replies apreciated

Hi So remove the back seats, bumpers, spare tire. i will be pretty close to the 2 seater version. My only problem with that is that i don't have the big bumpers over here mine are a lot smaller. Hi I am thinking of just doing basic things for weight reduction at the moment maybe later ill be able to build up a really light weigh body. I am thinking it would be extraordinarily hard to build a replica s30 body out of lighter materials.

Hi I don't have any pics of whale tales on a 2+2 but i have seen one on a 2+2 s30 it did look quite decent just that the paint wasn't that good and their was rust forming from the whale tail being their. The car was a Dark Blue and would probably look quite decent with a proper job of the paint and fitting of the wale tail.

Hi I would have to say that now i have had a bit more of a look around on other websites and stuff i think it would be way to much work for someone one a budget such as mine. I have been thinking about the idea of sell the 2+2 and getting a 240z or a 2 seater 260z but haven't found many that i can afford and i currently need the extra space of the 2+2. Hi I have a idea of trying to get the overall weight of my 2+2 260z down as much as possible when i rebuild it. I am thinking as much as 500kg's overall. I am interested to know if it can be done at all with out going overboard. Thanks

Hi Actually it's a v6 i believe it's the same motor thats in the buicks (3800 v6) over their in the us. Ive also been told that they are fwd versions this one is a revised fwd which now makes it suitable for rwd. I didn't mention that those photos shown on car domain are old but still the most recent photos of her. thanks

Hi all I just have a question about ignition system in the early s30 zeds. I recently installed a volt gauge into my zed and have now got problems with the accessories. the accessories work when i turn the ignition when to accessories and it works fine but once i start the engine and the key reverts back to "on" the accessories don't work and the ignition key needs to be moves to the left to get the accessories to come on and during driving as the key vibrates and such the accessories turn off and require me to move the key to the left again. When the accessories come on i can hear a audible click. Does any one have any light they can shed on this. thanks for any help
