do u think i am barking up the wrong tree?? are can it be something else?

ok heres my problem car idles at 500 rpm just staying alive(cant adjust) also hesitates when i press the gas too fast it starts up instantly when i turn the key!(maybe a clue) i also think it maybe the fuel reg.???? unplug the and caped vacuum that goes to it and idle raised t0 700/800rpm also the air reg. is partly open at 78 degree(outside temp) and there is no ohm continuity (i think it is bad) died when i disconnected it and plugged the air lines it died!!! i have the hayes manuel (which sux!!) also the FSM but i cant find a diagram in there! i have a vacuum leak i think the two vacuum line comming off the intake manifold has 10-15lbsthose run to some dohickies these:green dotts is vacuum red has no vacuum any one have any ideas where i can get a decent diagram? any idea what is wrong with this car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! any ideas will help

ok this is where i am at i made the fiberglass pieces but thay are not great i need to fill all the f*** ups but i now have no tyme because i decided to move down to houston tx (home) so i sprayed a white primer over everthing to keep from rusting during transport (didn't want to but whatever) i kinna like it but i am not crazy about it also the rear bumper did not kome out good att all so i kinna saved it (just the top half) i should have just made a vedio!!! the body looks like cellulite(cattage cheese) maybe some coco butter will help! hahaha

i was able to start my 77 280 2+2 but it kinna hestated when u gave it gas so i started checking componant conections but the car did not start afterwords i noticed that the fuel pump was not priming its self so after a bit of wiring diagram hassle i thought it might be the fuel injection relay but it is hard to find a new 1 in the dc area and thay r F***n expencive. so i was wondering if there was a way to test it?? with a multimeter or a test light ????? also what else could keep the car from turning on? thanx 4 every1s help!!

well i wanna run some rims w/ this style prefable black w/ crome lip do u know where i can look 2 find a rim deep enogh to use???????????

i am almost done with my body kit(maserati grandsport) i made the rear flairs 2.5" larger then stock(hammerd out fender) up front i made those 1.5" bigger but i gunna use some camero ss rims but i found these on the msa site i was wondering if and or where can i get some spacers to flush the tire to my new fender line

oh ok yall guys seem to misunderstand me i was not defending this "wok"(riceburner) i was trying to point out that some 1 who loved what he/she was doing put this car togeather (just like all of us who put countless amount of time and money in to our out dated cars) now it is not Z but thay still have a love for automtive wch is what i was simply tring to point out

if you are looking for a cheap simple (wirefree) install go with a 305 it has little power but still enogh torque to brack your wheels plus slightly better gas milage imo i would not go w/ anything less then a 350 eather but i am not looking for a stock "daily driver" plus these engine/trans are very ez 2 comeby just keep an eye open u cane get a decint doner car for 500-1000

it is a little ricey:lol: but u gatta relize how much tyme and energy was put into this car and for that fact i really really like it plus i have never seen that b4 so what evre (imo) plus im sure this car would or has won countless awards and contest!!!!!!

yah just step back and take a look at what i did then fixed the lines till kinna off but what ever i need to use body filler to fluch the finish!! thanx for doing the pix i plan on having the body kit done by this week end buit we will see what happens

i just glassed up the top of the bumper it looks good so far i need to do the lower spoiler for it still started getting high on the fumes so i took a brack!!!???!!! i also started the back bunper and i will start the side skirts(my fav. part about the mazie) add pics ;ater srry
