  1. I removed all 3 from mine. I now have a single 3/8th line front to back and a corvatte filter/regulator mounted just above my pump... both mounted in the factory spot. So you end up with a very short return line and only one line going to the engine.
  2. Car is already on tokiko springs but it can go lower. Haven't played with the camber yet and shouldn't have to.
  3. Doesn't have exhaust yet but its got cold ac!
  4. Pulled it out in the sun today for a few shots. Seats will be here tomorrow and dynomat went in today.
  5. Few more pics. Still working on the inside pics of that later.
  6. The offset is agressive but it sits flush with the top of the fender. Unfortunately the rear of the fenders taper inward just like the factory does. I agree it could be about a 1/4 inch further in but these wheels were avalible off the shelf in this offset. Not to mention the car is sitting way high in the rear right now LOL.
  7. Thought I would finally put together a thread for my build since I'm making some progress. 1977 280z stock front fenders with subtle Z rear quarters. I wanted to run a bigger tire but wanted something a little different then everyone else. The rear quarters are 1.5 inches wider each side. Paint is Urban Grey Metalic from a 2007 Subaru STI. Fronts wheels are 17x7.5 +4 and rears are 17x9 -13 the rears are actually what people with the ZG flares run as front tires. 225/45 and 265/40 for tires. Engine is stock for now till I get everything sorted then heads and cam will come but do have the long tubes from the group buy.Harness is from Chevy Thunder and came wired with relays for my Tarus fan truely plug and play.Brakes are from Datsun Parts LLC and are stock Maxima rear I believe and Wilwood fronts. For the dash I went with the Speed Hut guages trying to keep it looking stock and simple.
  8. What is everyone doing for plug wires? I have the straight ls1 wires and the 90* ls2 wires and neither seem to work for the drivers side center plugs #3 and #5 all the other seem ok.
  9. Just got my harness from chevythunder as well. Looks nice will be installing this week.
  10. I will probably do this but was just looking to make it as factory as possible.
  11. I think its from a corvette. I was looking yesterday and it seems the GTO starter is the way to go. Got the Corvette starter for free and was hoping to use it.
  12. So I got my long tubes from the group buy installed and swapped to the LS2 starter. Problem is the LS2 starter doesn't use a ring connector for the solenoid like the LS1 starter does. There is a plug that I can't seem to find. I have tried the GM dealer and painless wiring with no luck. I figure with 20 sets of headers out there someone else may be having issues finding this part as well. Its a simple one wire plug but haven't had any luck locating one.
  13. Is it dual 2.5 into single 3 inch? What did they charge for the exhaust? Sounds and looks great BTW.
  14. Be on the look out for in coming headers! Mine got here this morning.
  15. If you build it they will come...... I would like one if your guy decides to do a run of them.
  16. E-mail and phone message sent to Blake still no responce.
  17. Call in to Blake waiting for a responce. Will be paid in shortly.
  18. So how far off are we from getting our hands on these?
  19. Putting in my ls1 6 speed in ny 77 280z and trying to figure out what radiator hoses to use. I have the jci engine mounts and am using the jtr radiator. I called jtr and was told they really didn't know what hoses to use with the ls1. Not the answer I expected from such a company. Thanks in advance for any help.
  20. Figured I would get a better responce in this sections mods feel free to move. I am swapping a Ls2 6speed drop out from a GTO into my 1977 280z. I am going to use the fuel pump from JCI and the stock 280z tank as well as his mounts for the engine and trans. I need to know what kind of power the factory feed line and the JCI pump will support. I asked JCI and they didn't know off hand the flow of the pump but said they have never had and issues an d it has always been enough for their needs. I am looking for a bit more technical answer then that lol. Thanks for any input ar advice.
  21. Thanks for the update can't wait to see what they come up with.
