  1. I quite like the rears in that pic, and with a little work, I could see the fronts looking good too. Slap a type 3 on the front and widen it, and I'd rock it.

On the other hand, this reminds me of... what was the name of that website? Showcars-bodyparts, thats it. The website reminds me heavily of it.

  2. As was said, the crossmember is different, but I recall some modified the nonturbo one with relative ease. On ours(also an 86) I recall we had to mount the alternator on the opposite side and had to extend the wires to it. Also depending on what year ecu you use, you may to need to modify the turbo downpipe and use a different O2 (unless you get it all from the same car, or buy a specific year downpipe/ecu)

  3. My 75 280z was not a california car and it did not have the cat but the hump was still in the car. I had to move the hump out of the way with a little work and got some S2000 seats to fit. Had to make my own brackets but that was no big deal.

Finaly, someone who spells as crapy as I do.

Man, I could have sworn my mid-year 75 didnt have the hump, but I went out and looked, and sure enough there it was under the tunnel carpet. Dunno how I never noticed it before

  4. I'll be 19 in 5 days. Bought my '75 just after turning 16. My father bought a 93 240SX hatch 5 speed with no options except ac and floor mats brand hammer new. I remember when I was little everybody referred to it as a sports car. He told me way back then when I was 16 the car would be mine. Well, plans change, and he traded it for a Sable for his wife to drive a few years later. I started getting into cars in a big way when I was 12, and acquired a 66 Mustang when I was 14 as a father son project. I started to want something to drive while working on it, and remembered the old Nissan. Shortly after, my brother bought an '83 5speed coupe, and I was hooked. Still havnt driven my S30, but its getting REAL close.

Since my 75 became a project much like my Mustang, I ended up buying a clean '76 Ford Maverick (Dad raised me Ford/Nissan) for 500 bucks as a daily driver -

You can see me wearing my MSA datsun shirt, haha. Unfortunately, this car was totaled last year, in a very wiolent way. Log through the windshield type stuff.
