I have recently installed a new aluminum 3 row rad and also a new water temp sensor and noticed that the car is running hotter. I noticed that the old water temp sensor was nasty with build up but Im also wondering if there is a proper way to bleed the coolant system on this car. Its running almost about 3 quarters on the temp gauge which I would believe would be hotter than 200 degrees with the a/c off. When I installed the radiator I used a 50/50 mix and also added a small amount of water wetter. I let the car idle until it was warm with the heat valve pushed to the hottest setting with the fan off and also had the rad cap off to check for bubbles. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a new thermo time switch from MSA thinking it was the reason it would take my z 1 to 3 cranks to start sometimes. Since I have installed the new thermo switch it has improved a little but some times I will have to crank it twice or it will crank the first time but takes 3-4 seconds to fire. I have noticed it to start sooner in the morning and harder while after driving or when its hot out.I also have noticed since installing the switch if it takes 3 times to start it doesnt sound flooded or fart when it finally fires up. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I need a thermo time switch that works.

My speedo gauge light is out and the po put a dash cap on the car. Is there a way to change the bulb without removing the whole dash now? I can move the gauge once I remove the screw but due to the dash cap it will not pull out. Thanks in advanced

I am thinking about getting a ebay champion radiator cause there affordable and look decent. Do I need a 3 row or will a 2 row cool fine. I have a l28et on a stand right now and plan on doing a efan conversion once I get the turbo motor in. I also live in FL and do not plan on having AC in the car when I do the swap. Just seeing if I need the 3 row or not from your experiance

A couple years ago I was at a thrift store in Naples FL and I came across an old box on the floor that said car cover. I opened the box and found an old blue BRE car cover. Not sure of what model it belonged to but for 5 bucks I had to get it. At the time I had a z31 turbo and was hoping the cover would fit but it was way to small. I posted it up on craigslist and sold it to a guy in Sarasota who wanted it for one of his 510 race cars. I got an email 2 months later after he took the cover up north and found out it wasnt for a 510 either. A couple weeks ago I went threw my old emails and got ahold of the guy and he was nice enough to sell me the cover back. Needless to say I got it this week and it fits like a glove!!! I keep the car in storage so this will keep it dust free. Im just curious to how rare these covers are and how many are out there. I seen some people on the web make these but in newer material. I haven't seen an original like this one.

Those are different Recaros. I had a pair like that in my 87 z31 and I got them out of a Lumina. I have a pair of 350z seats in my s30 now but just picked up a pair of these vw recaros. Not the aluminum door sills but the pieces that hold the carpet down along the door. Does anyone have anything or can send me in the right direction?

Picked up a l28et last week and have had it on the picker all week cause harbor frieght was out of stands, finally got one today. On my way back down to the gargage tomorrow I wanted to pick some bolts up. Anyone know off the top of there head what size I need , I know to get a extra inch or two. Any help would be greatly appreciated, could save me a couple hours driving back and forth to get bolts.
