So i found out that my washer pump is broken while tryin to fix the system, so i was wondering, is it possible to get a stock replacement for that? or will i needa set up a universal pump?

I've had this issue since i got my car, and i originally thought it was because the A/C expansion valve was rusted shut, but I got the A/C fixed and i'm still having the issue. After the A/C or vent has been run on one of the 3 higher settings for a while i hear a squeaking/scraping noise coming from the vent/right side of the car. Anyone know what could be causing this issue? It gets very annoying after a while, and only goes away on the lowest setting. Any help/advice is much appreciated.

So a while back I got a new transmission put in because the old was junk, and I have this issue where if I'm in 2nd and slow down without putting in the clutch, after a few seconds it'll pop into neutral. I had the guy who did the transmission look at it, and he replaced the clutch master cylinder and some other stuff, but it still does it. Any ideas as to what may be causing this and how to fix it? So my driver's side brake light is out, and I dunno what type bulb to replace it with. Anyone know what bulb to use?

haha i know not to use the transmission oil in the engine, I meant is the royal purple engine oil bad for the engine

would I want to use that in the engine as well? is royal purple bad for the regular engine too?

ya i thought those were the right ones, but i got confused because the square bolt was so hard to get off. I'll try some WD-40 on there. Also, if i shouldn't use royal purple, what should I put in there? I'm already running royal purple on the engine, is that bad?

So I was doing an oil change on my car, and i was going to change the transmission oil, but i couldn't get this one bolt off and I'm not sure if that was the right one anyway, and i was talking to my friend and he said it didn't look like there was an oil pan there. So how do i change the oil for my transmission? Help is much appreciated

One more question: for the twice pipes, should I use stock exhaust adapter or 2.5" adapter? for this manifold: http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/PEC02/15-6011

Ahh, any parts store you'd recommend? I'm just looking for better oil press than the stock, cause it's not getting much past half at high rpms.

So I saw a pic of a 280 with a rear strut bar, and it was mounted under the seatbelt things. I was wondering, how do I get these off and on safely to install the bar? Also will I need to cut the case of the seatbelt thing a bit?

I'd recommend the RB25 or 26, because when it comes down to it, with the SR20 you lose 2 cylinders and .5 or .6 liters of displacement. I actually plan with my car to do an RB25 or 26 swap. While I see the purpose of having a good weight balance, that can be corrected with suspension, and also I think that with the RB's the Z will retain similar weight balance as it has with the L28

Ok, so I used the search function to look up on info on installing twice pipes, (ordered them and they're at my house). And I saw some different stuff, such as losing low end torque, and eventually they'll get insanely loud. I have a 1978 280z, so am I going to need to do any welding, and do you have any tips on trying to prevent the torque loss, or will it be made up for quickly, or what?

The engine had some work done when I got the car, replaced a rod, and did some other work, I just don't want to blow it up or mess up the gaskets/seals etc. Does the ebay item have everything I need, or would I need a new ECU and intake manifold as well?

wait a minute, there are street regulations on hp from engine swaps limiting you to 194hp? sry, just noticed you're from Finland. Anyone know if such regulations exist her in CA too?

ya there's the trip reset and panel dim, then next to the open hood lever is the knob for the vents, and the open shut dial. still little confused on the dial though, is that one also for the vents?

so pulling the knob out opens them or closes them?
