Yep, The first post was accidently sent before I was finished. Please excuse my clummsyness. Thank-you so much for your compliments it is always nice when you work is appreciated.
As I was saying. It was through the efforts a team of individuals that have made this car. I have owned this car for approx. 27 years and at one time it was my daily driver, now it is a weekend cruzer that my wife and I love to tool around in. With that being said; here are the people responsible for the engine compartment.
Paul Raushman aka (Braap) Paul rebuilt the low end and ported and polished the N42 head (See thread on Hybridz) This head was ported even more when Ron Tyler designed and built a custom plenum and runners for this application (see thread). If you look closely on the head, you might notice the cam inspection cover and fuel pump cover are no longer there. Paul removed and welded up these ports so I could polish with fewer blems to worry about. Paul is also the source of the Rick Davis raditor
Ron Tyler aka RTz Ron designed, built and installed a custom plenum, runners and fuel rail. He then installed Wolf V4 ignition and injection management. This is then backed up with J & S ignition controls. The J & S system with monitor and adjust on the fly and cylinder that might be getting close to predetonation. Another system that Ron T. designed was the 6 coil Denso igination as shown
Rick Mendez was my painter. Lots and lots of hours were spent in prepping and painting the engine compartment. Where do you hide or eliminate everything and still make it work. If you notice there is no battery to be seen.
As for me, what did I do. Oh ya. Everything that was not chromed was polished by yours truly and yes there are some more hours but I believe the product is getting close to what I want.
