  1. on that note, 3 years ago there was a RHD 240z (fairlady) and a RHD 280zx off the road leading into the back entrance of Lackland AFB... anybody know are they still there?
  2. so everybody agrees, bad idea... dont know why it took 20 post to determine that haha...
  3. you cant park out in the boonies and walk a little further... i have a fear of door dings so i never park between two cars. if im on the end of a row ill hug the curb... but i have a custom paint job to worry about to... if you can park out far and just double park, i doubt cops have time to check student parking lots all the time...
  4. the renderings from the newest Wangan Midnight Game for the PS3 (only sold here in Japan) have got to be the best i have seen, though these ones u posted are the closest i have seen to that....
  5. sorry i havent posted back some deserved thankyous... they decided that Hybridz forums shouldnt be accessed from government PC's cause the site doesnt qualify as official use. hahahaha go figuire... so cant get to it at work anymore... anyways, yeah this was a while ago... im pretty sure the guy moved by now cause i dont remember seeing it for a while and i moved away from there shortly after... oh well im sure the guy is to old to remember himself.... hmm
  6. Hey guys, ive been on this bored on and off since i bought my Z about 5 years ago... i lose my name cause i don't sign on for months... but i love Z's of course... and still in my mind are the best car i know to modify and have as a project car... because the possibilities are endless.... Anyways i want to get to the point of this post... Just bored here at work, and wondering, what ever happened to the first hybrid Z i ever saw that got me hooked on these things... it was back in 1995-96 when i noticed a neighbor down the street working on something in the garage. I guess it never really struck my interest to much mid-build cause i was a 13-14 year old kid at the time. Granted i have been working on motors since i was 12 with the old man tinkering on the dirt bikes and stuff. All i can recall was seeing the almost finished project rolling down the street, looked like a test run only. The Z, I think, was Black with white or Silver stripes with a polished aluminum scoop similar to this... cant really remember anything else... just that it sounded pretty mean... i lived in Sacramento, in a neighborhood called Rosemont, near a light rail station on Fashion Drive. i can legitimately say that that hybrid contributed to me loving Z's today....
  7. yeah shipping Aero from Japan to the States is hell.... ill never try it again...
  8. make sure the fuel pump is turning on... if you have an electric pump i mean... make sure you have the MAF wires correct... how was the swap done? was it pieced together or transferred as a clip? which SR is it?
