It is working; thats what an amp gauge does.
i'm worried about when i'm driving and the gauge starts creeping up towards the +60 side. i don't want to blow anything out.

Thanks, It has a wet clutch, no noise and feels great. Been riding to work everyday, I love it so far.

i'm one of the weirdos that likes the dry clutch chatter... hahaha.
ride safe and have fun!

when i start my car the amp gauge sits still but when i turn on lights it twitches and when i rev the engine etc, it starts creeping up towards the + side. i don't remember if it was always like that... hahaha. i thought it was the voltage regulator so i swapped it out, but it still does the same thing...
anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? it's an L28 swapped 240z btw.

my mr2 turbo was a ton of fun. quick, sharp handling, looks good, and rock solid reliability. mines got broken into and a bunch of stuff stolen, so i felt like she was raped... she was a '92 with cf hood/trunk/engine lid/headlight covers/t-tops, cf dual spal fans, 17" gram lights, 94 taillight conversion, apexi intake and exhaust, turboxs bov, recaros, etc etc. huge money put into it and i was about to pull the trigger for a stroker motor.
the thing i didn't like is what everyone else says about it... engine bay is a pain to work in. to change the clutch, the engine must be dropped.
everytime i see an mr2 i miss my old one.

i've heard rumors from a friend who wanted to paint his yamaha r6 top secret gold that they will review your car and if they deem it to not be up to "par" they won't sell you the paint.
if you paint it true top secret gold that would be super baller. but if you thin it out, i'm sure it would screw up the hue. i'd probably get it paint matched as close as possible.

nice... black is sexxxyyyy....
i read somewhere that in japan the tire pressure monitor would put the computer on the fritz if the wheels were changed. the magazine said most of the gt-r's at the tokyo auto salon had the wheels changed upon arrival at the show. any problems like that with the US version?
