  1. The 240Z has been voted to the final round (there are 5 bonus cars as well) in Jalopnik/Microsoft/Turn 10 Studios' Forza Racing 3 Downloadable car pack! It started out with 120 cars and after today will be whittled down to the last batch of 15. So get out the vote and let's get the Zed it's proper place in this awesome game! http://jalopnik.com/5458683/forzalopnik-the-very-last-poll Even if you don't play, just hop on over, vote for your 5 favorite cars of the bunch so we car enthusiasts that game can enjoy them!
  2. The Fairlady Z used a SOHC 2.0 liter 6 cylinder (L20A), and the 240Z had a SOHC 2.4 liter 6 cylinder engine (L24). There was also the 432R which used a DOHC 2.0 liter (S20) shared with the Nissan Skyline. Among other differences.
  3. So Microsoft, Turn 10 Studios, and Jalopnik have teamed up to allow Jalopnik readers to choose which cars will be included in a new downloadable pack for Turn 10's racing hit Forza Racing 3 for the Xbox360. Follow this link to vote for the 240Z during todays second round of voting! (You can choose 10 of the 20 cars listed) http://jalopnik.com/5458276/forzalopnik-round-two-group-iii While I disagree vehemently with the description, these guys make a great game and having a 240 in it would be awesome. I'll update this thread when Round Three of voting begins.
  4. Hey, I've been meaning to look you up on here. I'm in Bellingham as well and I've seen your Z around town a few times. Noticed the HybridZ decal and thought I'd say hey. I'd love to check out your Z sometime, it's a looker. And getting a few multi-Z pics with yours mine, and maybe some of the other B'ham Z's would be awesome. Here's a pic of my car, maybe you've seen me around town.
  5. And are you running with the choke on all the time?
  6. That's Dave Irwin's 240Z. He fabbed that grill himself. I'm not sure of his name on this board, but over on ClassicZCars.com he goes by "Zs-ondabrain" He also supplies the 240/260/280 electrical upgrades that are now available through MSA. He installed my stereo system for me, as well as his upgrades. Great stuff.
  7. The L24 came rated 150hp from the factory. It's even stamped on the tags.
  8. wow... she looks like a million bucks! definitely throw us some more pictures when you get the chance.
