While intake manifold has been getting most of the attention in last few weeks I could not forget about my exhaust manifold so some more progress has been made in that department. All of the runners have been fitted and welded. I am expecting to have this thing all wrapped up by the end of month so then I can start on the exhaust and intercooler piping. -
Wow if I keep making updates this often I might even think that I am making some progress lol. It looks as of right now that intake manifold is about 80% done. Still have to do nitrous ports on the bottom, vacuum distribution block, throttle body spacer, and throttle body cable bracket. This is how she looks as of right now. Ready for some welding And nice inside shot I belive that it should be fully wrapped up this Saturday so I am really looking forward to it.

We ran out of time today so it will have to be done hopefully sometimes next week. This is how she will look when its together.

Made some more progress today. I am building subaru ej205 engine for my buddy Drew here at the shop and in return he is welding my intake manifold together : ) Drew stared by tacking in three aluminum rods to minimize twisting during welding Drew about to make first pass (yes plenum is large but not that large Drew is just really small guy lol) Instead of just stich welding from inside he ended up doing full weld
