  1. The black wire does go to ground. I have had these ignition units and coils owrking in my 76 turbo and just finished wiring them up on my Haltech system. They work very well. Here's the rest of the wiring if you need. Black/white wire goes to coil negative, blue wire on Z31 harness plug Blue wire goes to ecu Green and white (z31 harness plug) wire from coil gets 12v poistive key on. Hope this helps thanks Chris

  4. Hey guys, Is anyone running 15x10 rims? I just bought a set from a guy. the fronts are 15x8 and the rears are 15x10. The car has MSA lowering springs and IMSA 3" flares in the rear. I'll be putting front flares on soon. What tires size for the front and rear do you reccomend and is there A DOT race tire (Road course) available. Let me know what has worked for you. thanks Chris
  5. Hey guys, Just wanted to share my success with a recent Z31 turbo ecu system onto my 83 280ZXT harness, which is powering my 76 turbo 280Z. I know thats a mounthful, but I drove the car for the first time yesterday and it really hauls ass. The car hasn't run this good since day one. Huge credit goes to Mike Resor of Ohio who completed the wiring splice for me. Great Job Mike! Although he said it would be awhile before he did it again. hey Mike, after having to diagnose a couple of crossed wires on the MAS I understand! have to set the timing, readjust the MAS and rising rate FPR, but otherwise I am good to go. drivability is awesome and the fuel and timing curves seem to be awesome. I had great readings on the Haltec AF30 and the car was very fast. Another recent install is a JSK fuel rail. it really makes a differeance and installed in about 20 min. Great product Juan!! Chris
  6. Larry, Pres Bush, Whom I am a heavy supporter of, has recently refered to our forefathers and the founders of this nation to justify his modern war with Iraq. The constitution cleary states we have the right to bear arms. I also understand the need for gun control, but go after the ones who are flooding the streets with illegal weapons, not the stand up citizens who don't say boo to anyone. Your fight is justified, don't give up. I hold you in the highest regard and I wil pray for you while incarcerated. Stay cool and keep the faith. Your posts have been awesome!!

  13. Guys, I'm looking to upgrade my injectors. I have a 1976 280Z with a nicely rebuilt 81 280ZX Turbo engine, stock injectors, rebuilt stock t-3 turbo, halmeter AF-30, and Rising rate FPR. Mike form Ohio is just finishing converting my 81 wiring harness to accomidate a 1987 Z31 Turbo EFI System. I'd liek to be able to use a hihger CC injector for more fuel adn run 12-15lbs of boost. I've added a high psi Bosch fuel pump. I've heard you can use Merkure or mustang injectors. Whats the deal/ I'm new to Hybrid Z so any help you can give me would be great! Thanks Chris in NY
