  1. Did you ever find out any info on this? I'd be intrigued to know if it works as I'm about to start converting mine from LHD to RHD and would like to add power steering.
  2. If you go on a Euro trip there's really no need to pay for an organised tour, it's pretty easy to plan it and drive it all yourself. Just look online and there are plenty of well known routes you can take. Either buy a set of European maps for a satnav or just go old sdchool and buy a road atlas. To be honest the only confusing thing you'll come across is trying to navigate through the Belgian ringroad network. @EF Ian, other people crashing is quite a concern, when I last went I saw at least 6 cars get written off!
  3. I won't be going for a while still as I'm in the middle of my build but when I do I'll take my GoPro and make a video for sure.
  4. I've driven it before in both a hire car and my own EP3 Type-R. Once my 240z is finished I'll probably drive it over there at some point. As Bloz Up says, you can go as fast or as slow as you like really and the hardest part of the experience is staying out of the way of other traffic. Plenty of people just want to drive it slowly so they can say they have. I overtook Porsches and R8s which were just sedately driving round but seemed to be enjoying themselves. Other times I'd be doing about 110mph and have other cars coming past me like I was in reverse. If you ever get the chance to drive it though it's definitely worth doing, it's probably the best car event I've done.
  5. I've looked for similar videos in the past and not found much. You've probably seen this one but it's still a cool video, not a stock S30 but still an in-cockpit view.
  6. I'm reaching a point where I need to buy a gearbox for my RB26 install and wanted to check if there are any differences between RB25 gearboxes (donor model/year etc). I've used the search facility on this and a number of other sites but as far as I can see, there don't appear to be any differences in terms of ratios or design although I did find one thread (elsewhere) which was suggesting that boxes from R33s may be stronger for some reason although this seems to only be anecdotal. So my question really is, is there any particular preferential gearbox choice or are all RB25 gearboxes the same? Car is an early 240z, engine is late R34 RB26. Thanks in advance!
  7. I did quite a bit with the switchgear wiring recently and from memory I think those are the wires that make up the headlight circuit (would need to double check though). If you can post a picture of what you've got then I might be able to advise which wires go where, otherwise I'll take some pictures of mine when I next get to the garage.
