    im 16 and we're still trying to get me on insurance. i'm not sure about the numbers but putting my new 240z on its own plan and insuring myself on that car is cheaper than adding it to our current insurance and adding me on our honda pilot.

    While searching through the forums i noticed people talking about how their new aftermarket seats sit higher and some sit lower. I am short, i would like to be higher up a bit. are there any nice bucket style seats for a short driver? im about 5'4" and i prefer leather, vinyl and faux leather. thanks oh and its going in an s30, '72

    Haha. I got it. I haven't tested the engine yet because there are slot of other problems I didn't see before. I'll post pics when I get home

    just thought I'd update. i'm officially getting it monday, i have a trailer this time. I'll be sure to take pics. but don't get too excited, i only paid $1300 for this car.

    yeah. its a daily driver that i plan to take to the track once or twice. i think i'm just going to build the roll cage because i just need to brace the frame

    I forgot to ask him what diff it was I think stock. Would a simple cockpit roll cage do? As opposed to full frame Edit: I forgot to ask. Do doffs have markings on them that tell you which it is? Because I've never actually taken a close look at one. Sorry if that's a dumb question.

    Hey guys, I'm getting a 240z this week with the 5.7L 350cu Chevy small block in it. I've heard that some upgrades of the rear axle are good to have and a roll cage to stiffen up the frame. Basically, the point in this thread is what will I be doing because of the fact that there's a v8 in this car? oh and there isn't enough space for an air filter, any suggestions for relocation/hood scoop type?

    haha, i was looking at that car too. i never went to see it though so i only saw the craigslist pics. i wouldnt buy that car for 2k, theres a lot of work that needs to be done for $2000
