  1. I know this thread is ancient, but I was curious how you converted the block vent to AN ?
  2. Let me know what you have and how much you want for it shipped to 80525. Thanks!
  3. So....you are saying that this approach isnt right? Dan, I checked the wiring on my '72 this weekend. Here's what I've got: Black/white wire(previously coil +) connected to red wire from tach adaptor. Green/white wire connected to swithed +12V. I hope this helps. graemlins/cheers.gif Don
  4. John, When you were running this size wheel you didnt run into this issue with your TT 240 car?
  5. I havent tried a spacer. I hadnt really considered heating and bending the knuckle either. I may try grinding the edge of the TR end since these are going to be thrown away anyway. If grinding works then I can grind down my new TR ends. If not I am thinking QS knuckles or possibly these: https://technotoytuning.com/nissan/240z/outer-tie-rods-datsun-240z-260z-and-280z
  6. John, What would you suggest the best solution to be if the tie rod end is rubbing on the inner part of the front wheels? I am assuming this is because I installed roll center spacers...? I have 15x8 ...0 offset.
  7. John, Do you think I go off from those measurements for the 8610-1437's by adjusting the numbers to the different insert length for the rear and 8" springs all around?

  10. Thanks for the offer. I do have the wheels already. From the sounds of the research I have done and people who have the R15 225 50's, they should work with my set up. Thanks for the input.
  11. Thanks! Thats what I was hoping to here in regard to coil overs increasing the inside clearance and camber plates giving more outside space. I was thinking 225 50, or 225 45. I am hoping someone with the same set up will chime in.
  12. I did some searching around, but didnt find a definitive/satisfying answer. I have a 73 240Z, and I will be installing GC coil overs and camber plates. I want to know how wide I can go with the tires fitting under stock fenders. The guy at Discount tire said 205 60's. They did not look even close to a proper size. The car is going to be used at track days, so I wanted as much rubber as possible without rubbing the fenders.
  13. I was wondering if anyone has these wheels on a 240Z (with stock offset)and what if any issues there are with them fitting under stock fenders. Also what does the hub bore need to be?
