dude the trw's are nice pistons but they are heavy. if you are going to put nitrous on the motor and you want it to last, build the engine for nitrous, it may seem expensive at first but how much does it cost to pull it back out and do over. ross racing pistons or j&e make some nice units which are lighter weight and purpose designed to handle nitrous. lighter pistons will allow for better rev's= more hp's as far as rods go I would stay away from aluminum rods on a street car not worth the investment, a good quality h beam rod should handle what you have in mind. scat performance products makes some nice units. also you can get the rods and pistons on ebay brand new from some distributors for decent prices. OH dont forget to get the whole mess balanced its cheap and its worth it.
