  1. yep, That will work. If you dont wont to order it you could just go to your local car audio shop and buy one. It may even be cheaper. I bought one from a local shop named nortons car audio thats almost the excact same thing. Just buy the block, you don't need the fancy gold colored allen wrench that comes with some of the others and that they charge ten dollars more for. Buy they fuses from autozone or advanced and a battery cable and youv'e spent 43 dollars and some change. Good luck with the upgrade, Its simple.
  2. Not Dizzy as in falling over or blonde LOL. How many volts are on the three wires coming from the dizzy on a 76 280z going to the transistor ignition module or ohms if any. Need help with getting this puppy running. It has a newly rebuilt engine it's a f54/p79 combo with what I beleive is a stage 2 or 3 cam. It will start when its cold but wont run good. its got a skip and after it warms up it's extremely hard to start and will flood out. It will not idle very long either. All the vacum lines are new, no holes or cracks in the boots, new plugs. I am debating on 280zx ignition conversion but not sure if thats going to make a difference. tdc is correct and oil pump shaft is in the correct position. I'm baffled so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
