    Ok so i decided to replace my brake master today . So i pulled my old one off and took it down to my local autozone and swapped it in as a core and got a new one. I get it home and go to install it and notice it looks different. It looks like the old one had some sort of spacer on it. So i look online and found this picture So I then think my old master cylinder still has it on it. wtf can I do? please someone help me out please. I feel like such an idiot right now.

    Ok I recently purchased my 74 260z and im looking for brake pads and shoes. i found the brake pads at many places but most say the brake shoes are all back ordered. does anyone know any local sandiego shops that have these in stock?

    Ok I recently purchased a 1974 260z with a l24 and 5 speed. it needs a speedo that works. the one I have stops working over 30 mph. and a working tach the one in it pegs as soon as the car starts up. also the fuel level never changes on the gauge I have.I only want gauges that you know for a fact work. If i didnt care i would pull one from the junk yard.I am located in sandiego.

    Im just going to the junk yard to get the cable and the spedo. as for using the tach nope it doesnt work either. This z has some electrical issues.

    Ok I have a 5 speed in my 260z and I was wundering as my spedo is choppy and wont work over 60 mph what cable do i use? is it the same as the 4 speed or is it specific to the 5 speed? if its not the cable but the gauge what gauge do i use?

    Turns out it is an l24 with su carbs and a 5 speed. fires up like a champ.so I now own it.

    Ok I have fell in love with this front. I have always wanted a z car with this front. So were can I find something like this? Im assuming these only came in Japan and possibly australia. Does anyone know a place I can order the stuff needed to convert to this In or around sandiego????

    Ok I am planning on buying a 1974 260z the owner says it has a l24 with su carbs and a 5 speed. As i have read the 5 speed didnt come around untill 77 and the l24 was only untill 73. So how can I tell if this motor is actually a l24????

    No I believe this is proper fitment. Will have pictures of my z up soon.But for now this is my Miata.

    sorry if it had a motor swap already i would prefer it to be an rb20det.

    ok I am new to these forums but I am now looking for a 75 or older 240z. Doesnt have to be some show room quality car. Just let me know what you got. I would also be willing to trade my built 91 miata for the right 240z.
