Neveragain55 Posted October 16, 2011 Share Posted October 16, 2011 (edited) Hi gang, Just purchased my third Z and I'm looking for an 82 to 83 L28ET motor with the accompanying 5 speed transmission. The turbo doesn't have to be in great shape and I'm not fussy about engine mileage as I plan on rebuilding the motor anyway. I'd like to purchase a motor and tranny as a package from the same car if possible. If any of you are parting out an older ZX with the turbo motor and 5 speed transmission, please let me know. Like I said in the ad, I'm not looking for a perfect engine, just something I could work with. EvilC Posted October 17, 2011 Share Posted October 17, 2011 Neveragain, I am right in NYC and just took apart a 82 280zxt with 63,000 miles. Engine sat up for 10 years and is in need of a rebuild.
