J240ZTurbo
Hey guys, asking this for a friend, I will like to know what size of Rota's rb or rbr wheels will fit on a s130 280zx model, looking for the baddest and agressive look, but not too extreme lol!!! CaptainJoe87
The sizes from the group buy fit nice. 17X9 -13 and 17X9.5 -19 or something like that. Its the only offset those sizes come in. Some guys are running the 9.5s all the way around but when I asked them they said it was a pain in the butt to get set up in the front. but the staggered 9s in the front 9.5s in the back look nice. Search on here or google and plenty of pictures should come up.
DevilZX
I run the staggered setup like CaptainJoe is talking about. 9" in front, 9.5" in rear. 245/40r17 front and 255/40r17 rear. I swapped front and rear for a week and had no issues with rubbing. I have the Tokico HP spring/strut combo for suspension. When I put the 9.5" in front there wasn't much clearance between the rim and the spring perch. Somewhere around 1/8" or less. I just rolled the fenders to get them to fit. I think that the 9.5" in front looks better than the staggered setup because it brings the wheel closer to the edge of the fender to match with the rear. If I did it again, I would do 9.5" on all 4. J240ZTurbo
Guys, I notice my car won't go that low , do I have to removed the rubber bump stop from inside the strut so it will lowered an extra 2" ?
