tylertitus14 Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 The holes below the cabin fresh air inlets shown in the 2 pictures below. What are these for? I have a custom Z I am building right now and for the life of me I can not rememmber what these holes are for from when I disassembled the car. Are they HVAC inlets? I scoured the web for some pictures that would give me a clue and the most I found was a few pics showing the holes from the outside. The holes appeared to have a rubber grommet or possibly duct in them. Need to know what these holes are for before I can move on with working on the car (long story!). I'd prefer to find out what these holes are for without digging out the dash from all of the stored parts, so any help from you guys would be great! Thanks for reading. Sam280Z Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 Cowl drain. There is a rubber tube with an attached grommet that runs from the bottom of the cowl, out that hole.
