I put 2*3 subframe connectors . Motor mounts are made from 1" pipe bent under pan with short stubs to mounts It is solid mounted mainly because I used full lenth headers and there is very small little room (had to do some tweeking )may still have to go to block huggers .wont know until it is on the road .engine is new ford grey.I have done all the work my self so far having fun with it Some other details:1" suspention tech spings, toyota front calipers, steel braided brake lines, wilwood pullslave with 7/8 tilton master (seems to work),t5 with steeda shifter (its cool cant wait to try it),dual 2 1/2 with x pipe dynomax mufflers, black magic fan, motor 302 with 268 extreme energy cam,74 351 heads hand ported, hoping around 300hp hopefully on the road in a month or so if dad helps with paint job

Hey, nice Z!

I am still finishing up mine.

I am going with solid engine mounts too.

The best!

What brand of headers are ou runnning?

Then, as for your firebird 400, i am in the process of restoring one too and since you

are on the canadian side(me too), I wanted

to ask you. Do you know of somebody who would have a 67 400 hood?
