I spent the past couple days installing my Sanden compressor, mazda 626 condenser and drier in my '75 V8Z. I had a hard time finding the o-rings for the expansion valve. For anyone who needs these o-rings, the ID is 38mm and the width is 2mm. After charging the system I am VERY pleased.

Mind if I see a shot of your condenser mounting? I am using the same condenser...I think. I had to re-bend the aluminum lines and rework some of the fittings on mine to make them mate up to standard hoses, but mine blows COLD as well!

I had to have custom lines made anyway, so I just have them running from the original 626 condenser locations. I modified the stock Mazda upper brackets, cut the legs off the condenser, mounted a couple rubber pads, and made a couple retaining brackets for the bottom.
