Jasonmreiss
Not sure if this should be in the suspension forum or not. I finally got the funds for the ground control suspension and am going to lower my 280z a couple inches. Now I have to find tires and wheels. I'm looking at the rbrs from the group buy. I don't want to trim the air damn (which I don't have yet) I'm looking at the type 3. I want pretty wide tires in back but am flexible on the front size. Anyone know how wide I can go in front without trimming? It'll be on 17" wheels, maybe 40 series tires.
Jasonmreiss
On a side note, I'm going with custom flares so that fitment isn't a problem
SUNNY Z
I'm running the MSA type 2 IIRC, with the 9.5" wheels all around. I had to cut a LOT out of the air dam. Like 2.5".
