Xnke
I'm plotting on a new manifold for my L, and have lost my notes on the length of the intake runner from the back of the valve to the intake manifold mounting face. I had measured along the port centerline, made all kinds of crazy jigs, and can't find them now. Does anyone know the length of the port runner from the back of the valve to the intake manifold mating face, along the centerline of the intake port? Leon
I'd love to have that info as well! I've been working with approximations.
cockerstar
I believe JohnC posted this info a few years back. I believe he also gave a rough chart for runner diameters too and where it would shift the power band. I'm super busy tonight, but I might be able to find it tomorrow. I know I had it when I was designing out an intake manifold a couple of years ago. edit: Some relevant info here http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/87578-custom-itb-intake-manifold-design/page__hl__intake Edited November 16, 2012 by cockerstar
