240zip
OK, I know this is a long short, but hopefully someone can help Need L/R interior door panels in red Need steering column Need drivers side (actually passenger side in a US car) tail light interior piece. If anyone goes to Japan and hits the flea markets, perhaps they could be of help. The car has an original 2.0L six cylinder motor. Does anyone know what type of induction system (e.g. carbs or FI) was used in1975?
zedsn
I think that I have a 280 steering column from a 76 280 which would be the same as a 75 280. If you are interested let me know and I will look for it.
zedsn
I think your 280 went wth fuel injection but I have a pair of factory hitachi carbs removed from a 260z if you are interested.

240zip
Very helpful. It confirms a few things. 1) the bumpers are the same as the 240Z. 2) I can use a LHD steering column and it should work. 3) it was FI OEM. 4) the rear tail lights are the same as USA. I have this odd 2.0L six cylinder motor that came with the car. No ... it's not the 432 motor. It has a E30 head (not a E31). Not sure if the motor for OEM for 1975. I am interested in the steering column. Please PM me a price. I am not interested in the flat top carbs, but thank you for suggesting them. 240zip
EvilC ... did your gauge cluster come with a special JDM clock? I think it was called a Rally Clock.

All S30 and S31 Fairlady in Japan came standard with 2.0L I6. Anything higher 2.0L was optional to the buyer at the time.
