ComicArtist
About to do a rear disc conversion on my '78, already have the 810 wagon brackets, which SHOULD let me use the early ZX rotors and calipers. Can't find any at the local junkyards so I'm just going to go ahead and order new ones. However, I'd just like confirmation from those that have done it before that it IS the early calipers/rotors I need and not the late ones. Also, has anyone had any luck with these eBay rotors? $77 for drilled/slotted rotors doesn't seem bad from what I've seen. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Premium-Performance-DRILLED-SLOTTED-BRAKE-ROTORS-REAR-SS-42014-/150673320387?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3A280ZX&hash=item2314d469c3&vxp=mtr
AZGhost623
Looks similar to mine, but hopefully the picture is just a stock photo, as it shows 5 hole bolt patter, my hubs are 4 hole bolt pattern. Hopefully he can accept returns if it doesnt fit. Edited March 21, 2013 by AZGhost623
240zip
looks similar to mine, but mine are not vented. They're solid and four lug. Do you need a picture?
ComicArtist
I believe that's just a universal item photo, all their brake rotor listings have that picture. Just wondered if anyone's had problems with them warping or anything
johnc
For a street driven car the rear rotors don't matter much. You'll never get them hot enough to worry about craking, warping, etc.
