240Z Turbo Posted June 27, 2002 Share Posted June 27, 2002 Joel, call me tonight. Yes cam timing can/will affect idle vacuum depending on the degree to which you adjust it. However, you will be hard pressed to correlate idle vacuum to cam timing. That cam timing will require a degree wheel and a dial indicator. I think the reason I may be showing lower vacum ( 10-12 in. ) maybe in part to my TWM individual TBs. A friend with the same set up told me his is low as well...
