inZane 240
Im at a loss. Car loses all electrical power, including ignition system, at low RPM acceleration and turns. The voltage gauge remains steady at 14 volts during power cut, so something at or after the fusebox is causeing the problem. Car is a 72 w/MSD ignition, Internally regulated alternator, Blade type fuse box, Voltage gauge. I started having the problem after I installed a new external fuel pump. I don't know if it is a coincidence or not because I had not driven the car for a few months prior to the fuel pump install. Anyone else have this problem before that can suggest some places I should be checking. I dont want to trace wires if I don't have to Thanks! dexter72
I would start checking alll the connections under the hood first. Battery and at the alternator. Tighten and clean them. Then the under hood harness.

inZane 240
Sourced it to a bad splice after the fuse box. Thanks for the suggestions.
