Guest Anonymous
anyone running NOS and how good does it work on 280's?
Guest Zcarsmakemyheadhurt
I run NOS, all the time it works great love the stuff. Make sure your engine is in good shape run a compression check across the board if its even go with a single fogger. NOS sells the most complete system with relays a tap for the fogger and micro switch. Keep it safe and add a hi performance fuel pump and watch where you keep the timing maybe add MSD NOS retard box to bring back the timing on the spray. Anyway good luck let us know how it all works out.
Cruez
I was wondering also... Since my engine is fairly high compression... am I asking for a blown head gasket if I used it?? L28 N47 head Flattops.....about 10.4:

Guest Anonymous
Be4 you run NOS I would change the head gaskit to a Metal Gaskit the metal gaskits can stand alot of heat and you dont have to worry blowing them out as easy.
Guest Zcarsmakemyheadhurt
If it has a fel-pro you should be OK I would run no more than a 75hp shot on pump but up it and watch the timing on race fuel. Thats not a bad compression for NOS, it should move... Alex
