osirus9
There are only 2 wires, so one of them must not be getting a signal. Try your multimeter skills out to test continuity, and check to make sure paint or something isn't blocking the signal.

logr
The horn works off a ground circuit. The single horn wire(oem) must ground to honk the horn. You must have the second wire hooked up to ground for the button to complete the circuit.
ktm
It's most likely the little armature at the back of the hub that is not making contact with the grounding ring. Grant steering wheels also have this problem. Mine would work for a week and then stop working. I finally grew tired of it and wired up my horn to the windshield washer button on the end of the combo stalk. It's spring loaded just like the horn button and just as easy to push when needed. Rob L
well i will be able to look at that this weekend ......another thing i jusy ran into is i have the hub adapter plus i added the works bell slim quick release...well with that added the horn button fits but doesnt sit flush up against the wheel .....if all else fails i just might have to rewire it like stated above. Datsv8r
I also just fixed my horn this week. I have a Grant wheel and the ring did not meet up with thehorn wiper. I used some thick copper clad pc fab board. Cut it out to match the ring and fixed it to the assembly. Works like a charm. Hope it helps. logr
I just put a momo hub on with nrg quick release and Sparco wheel. I had to change a plug to hook to the grounding plate between the hub and the q/r. I also had to loosen the screw holding the wiper and move it in a bit but it hit once I did that. Works great now except that the hub legs aren't in the perfect place for canceling.
