There is no mention of welding for installation, it says that it fits the 240-280z which unless it was a fully bolt in system with spindles provided would be difficult as the tubes are different diameter and height. No mention of spring rate or dampening and no pictures. There's quite a few vendors on here that have proven installs and products.
