patzky1
Wow, that thing squats BEFORE any "go" is applied, look at the back wheels! Good way to kill the handling on the Z, but it's still cool. No, this thing's not nuclear, it's electrical! LOL Pat
RPMS
All it needs now is a Mr. Fusion and a Flux Capacitor! I've toyed with the idea of making an electric car, but something about carrying around two tons of lead acid batteries just doesn't sit well with me. Not to mention the fact that I'd probably leave the dome light on overnight and the darned thing would be completely dead. Then I'd have to go BACK to Wal Mart and exchange 30 Group 24 batteries. Guest Glenn Parker
Gee Wis Pete. This country spent 125 years convincing us to use gas and I've fallen in love with the sound of a small block. Now you are making me feel bad for releasing all those hydro carbons. Shame. Of course I could now hear the stereo, all that talk about exhaust systems is a waste. We could eliminate half the chat topics and get into color matching ordiscus the benefits of the 3 prong recharge plug or the old 2 prong. pparaska
Glenn, I know whatcha mean. I love the sound of a good exhaust system, etc. But I like the idea of a totally flat torque curve too! I might be able to get used to 500 ft lbs from 0 to 8000 rpm. I guess I'll need quite a few motors for that, and a fusion reactor to power them
Guest RXO510
That Z looks like nothing out of the ordinary unless you look under his hood. Would think he has a suspension problem in the rear the way his tires were positioned. But I guess it's due to the weight of the batteries. Other than that it's a Z. No way to tell unless you heard it whizzing by. Amazing! haha wow
