BobG
Have a short in my 1972 240z... so my hazard lights and brake lights do not work. Other lights in that circuit work fine. I unscrewed the cap for the hazard switch and fed it back down throught the dashboard so I could get to it... now I can't get the switch back to its original space on the dash! Is it easier access if I remove the heater and radio section on hte console?
z240
Tough job with anything other than child hands. Yes it will be easy once the heater control panel is out, but that thing is a challenge all its own as well. There are four control cables to remove first, two on each side, that are each lots of fun to release from their hold downs.
Pharaohabq
Note that we found the hazard lights are fully run through the hazard switch, if it goes bad, then your blinkers and or your hazards will not work correctly.
