Guest Anonymous
Finally got to romp on the throttle in the old 455. Lets just say that I am in need of some massive traction. It light up the tires and got squirrelly at 55 mph. But, darn what a rush!!!!! That is what it is all about
Guest Fast Frog
Whooooaaaaa!! You've got a Pontiac 455 in a 260Z!! Tell us a little more!
Guest jens
If your going to modify the 400 put a modified 455 crank in it its a old to make the others believe its only a 400. This would give around 9.5:1 compression with 6x heads. these heads works just as fine as the older heads if they are fitted with 1.77 exhaust valves. staledale
Hey Rickey, got pics? I've got 4 or 5 pont setting a round and an empty spot between the frame rails of my roadster. Have many problems? It should run like a bear. Tin Indians forever. Jens, to much money to change cranks, to big of main dia, Only one out of 500 people could tell the differance between the pont 350,400,428, and the 455. The 400 in a street car like a Z will make more than enough torque to spin any tires.
