Heh, got the stainless, need the shear! Looks good, did you polish it much or leave it pretty much as is? I've polished a few pieces of stainless used for shields in the past - you REALLY have to lean on it to get it going but when you're done it looks like a mirror icon_biggrin.gif Stainless is really nice, you did a good job!

Very nice James!!

Lemme know when you are gonna take it on it's maiden voyage. I'll make the trip up to see you.

How far are you from the airport in Tallahassee? I can drop in on you some time. I fly there every couple of weeks (for flight school).

Anyway,

Lookin' good!!

Mike

That looks good, the stainless is nice. I havn't worked sheets of it before, I've done aluminum for other things (not heat related), probably takes a pretty good whack (or a decent brake to bend it) with a hammer to work it by comparison. How thick was that stainless? Anyway, looks great.

Regards,

Lone

Thanks James, I'll drop you a line when I'm coming up.

P.S. I picked up the hoses from Scottie today...thanks!! ... and no YOU didn't hold me up, but I'm still being held up. This time it is Summit racing...waiting on braided lines and fittings...

It's always something!!
