marcus70ZT Posted October 16, 2002 Share Posted October 16, 2002 i just went through this. the return line is definitely too small. you can use the fuel tank vent line for the return temporarily, but not if you want to turn up the boost, etc. i got some 3/8" stainless steel tubing from a tubing supply store and bought a 6 dollar tube bender from napa. (get one that has several specific widths to bend, not the really cheap universal ones.) pull the return line and fab something that looks similar with your handy tube bender. i did the send line too since i had to buy 20 feet of the tubing. conveniently enough, each line is almost exactly 10 feet long. just be careful and you can make some fuel lines that look better than stock.
