opie Posted October 10, 2002 Share Posted October 10, 2002 I've found while chasing a misfire that I have mismatched injectors on my 82ZXT. 4 say FJ-23 and 2 say A46-00. I assume the FJs are the correct ones? The A46-00 say JECS and are made in Japan. Info I found says they were on a Skyline, but not anything else. Anyone have an info? Doug. I sprayed some brake cleaner on one and it looks like a browntop, but could be burnt orange with some lovely grease on it. Also, the number is not a browntop number. 36lb browntops are E5ZE A3B, at least all the ones I have are. I thought it was one until I saw the number. D. Okay, I guess I just need to go with one replacement injector for now since I now know the FJ-23s are a Standard Motor Products replacement turbo injector also. #6 is fouling the plug repeatedly and must be stuck open or something.
