As much as I hate to admit this, you'll probably get quicker/more responses to that particular question via Social Media. I can recommend some pretty good Z-car pages on FB, if you like. I wouldn't usually recommend FB for technical questions/discussions....but for an administrative question on a re-title, it might yield some good results for you.
