240Z Turbo
I know this is just the beginning, but it gives you an idea of what i am trying to do. Velocity stacks will be on the ends of each runner within the plenum.
Cody 82 ZXT
Looks great as does all your custom work. I am curious though as to why you don't just start from stratch? You obivously have the means and the talent to do so. Is there just no need?
Tony240ZT
Ah, now I see how you're going to fit those twins under there. I bet that will hide the injectors from site making it look pretty clean under the hood. Looks like those ports are pretty well stretched. Gotta be lots of fun. 240Z Turbo
Man, from scratch? That would be a PITA not to mention the cost of 5/8" 6061 and then I have to add injector bosses. The stock manifold is a great starting point. I used a boring bar to hog the ports, but the runners are not that big. The tubes are 1.5"(16G) which means 1.375" ID. It should flow well, but not much more can be removed from the stock intake manifold as I had a few thin spots. Will keep you updated.
