Junkyard source for LSD R180-200

I have lots of info. on open R180-200's, their sources and associated ratios. Conversely, I've found little info. on LSD R180-200 sources, ratios and especially what type of LSD is in each car. Does anyone have a comprehensive list or knowledge of this info.? I have used the "Search" option on this topic before w/ little success.

I recently found a junkyard w/ a great selection of 300 zxt's, 280 z/zx, Subaru Legacy's and even a few Infiniti's. I just need to know where to look. Thanks
