If the R200 in your Z is older than (I think) 87 the ring gear bolts will be 10mm and the VLSD from the 240sx will be 12mm. That is the easy one, the side stubs that go in to the carrier will be diffrent from the old ones. The splines are the same but the lengths and retaining clips are in a diffrent spot on the shafts.
