Sorry if this has already been post. I tried the search and nothing came up. I know that the RB20DET came in the Z31 in japan. Now I recently seen a Z31 with an RB26DETT in it. I'm like damn how can I been down. I plan on doing this swap after I get out of college. Anyone have any info and a list of parts that is needed.

sorry bout that, you need everything i did in my swap and its bolt in. Not sure about the tranny mount but i think its bollt in also if you use teh r33 5 speed and front half of the driveshaft ... again im not sure just going off of what ive heard. I would plan on making all of that stuff and be happy if it dosnt need to be made

As with all Z31 and Z32 RB26 Swaps the problem lies in the steering linkage. If your car is Right-hand-drive then you could be good to go... if it's a US LHD it will most likely take quite a bit more work. Sure it can be done but more work. Read, work = $ ;)

That is Toshi's car, Ive been for a ride in it a couple of times.

Its pretty quick. IIRC he has the standard Diff and possibly gearbox as well...which is pretty obivous when your turning in sharp corners slowly (the diff crunches badly).

He has GTR brakes up the front, aftermarket cooler, bigger turbos and maybe some other things as well.

Yeah? Thats a good price. I'd love to buy an RB26DETT powered 200ZR sometime, they look great and would go like shit out of a slingshot
