dat240zg
I'd like to have a rear spoiler of sorts on the back of my '70, but don't want anything tacky or that would take away from the lines. I was thinking of something like a cross between the low profile MSA fiberglass spoiler and something like the back end of the Ford GT 40 (mini duck tail). Ever seen one done in metal? Ever thought of doing one? What do you think? Bryan Dat240zg

dat240zg
Yeah, I know, but it would look nice! I saw one that came with one of the covertible Z kits, but it was part of the rear cap and was made of fiberglass. I'll try to doodle one up in Fireworks and post it. I know zilch about metal work, but have always wanted to learn. Bryan
Guest 240hybrid
Can you say PORSCHE rear end. Man thats a great job done on that rear end in that pic. As for metal work, I think its alot easier than most expect. I use a few ball pin hammers, a vice for 90* bends, tin snips, a flange tool is always nice, and a good eye are the tools I use mostly. A welder is necessary too.
