DatsunBoy77 Posted June 21, 2003 Share Posted June 21, 2003 OK, 2 weeks ago my car ran great. For the last two weeks it had done nothing but rain so i havent even gone out to start it. Because of the 280Z hood louvers my engine gets quite wet. So i try and start it and it just cranks.... no spark. So i pull the dizzy car and notice the contact points for the rotor are white. Is that from water, i am gonna change them when the new one comes in on order. Would this cause no spark or it it somewhere else you think.
