Guest tron240z Posted July 4, 2003 Share Posted July 4, 2003 Hi I just got a 78 280Z 2+2 and I was looking for help on how I should go about starting it. Ok here we go the car has been in a flood I believe the water went up to 3/4 of the height of the front fenders. It has been about four years since the car was flooded but the car has not been started for about nine years. I wanted to know what steps I should take to see if the engine is seized or not without pulling it from car. If the engine is not too bad I will put SU's on it and drop it into my 73 240 shell.
