Guest tron240z
I have a 78 280z 2+2 that has been in a flood about 5 years ago I am not sure how high the water got and the car has not been started for over 8 years but I can't get the car to start. I am trying to figure out where the electric fuel pump is or how to get access to it so i can maybe disconnect it and run fresh fuel. I checked all of the spark plugs and the gap on them is not too bad. I drained the oil and there was no water in it. I really just want to see if I can get the engine to start because I am planning on swapping it into my 73 240Z with 72 roundtop carbs. Do you guys know of anything I could do to see if the L28 is still good or worth building? Any suggestions on how to start car would be great.
