Tim240z Posted July 21, 2003 Share Posted July 21, 2003 Open your picture in MS Paint. On the top tool bar, select "image", then select "stretch/Skew". You can then decrease the picture size by %. Decrease the size by a factor of the current file size to teh file size needed. There may be a better way, but that's the quick and dirty way I always use.
