Bill, Good thing is you will get the car back just in time for the cool fall weather. Oops! Fall weather in Texas, ok so I goofed!

Bill,

I put one of the Summit brand drive shaft loops on my car a couple of months ago. I am going to do the same with the half shafts as well.

Mike,

Have you done anything special with your half-shaft u-joints? I've heard Spicer makes a heavy duty version that will carry more torque. Have you heard that rumor?

Why put loops on half shafts - or will they beat the car to death if they break at the wheel end?

Bill, Yes I have the Brute force Spicers in, did it 3 months ago and yes again the half shafts can get real ugly underneath if they get loose.
